3. Booking, Appointments, and Cancellations

3.1. Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, in person, or through our website (if available). We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.

3.2. Appointment Confirmations

We may send appointment reminders via phone, SMS, or email. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being cancelled.

3.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged, typically equivalent to a portion of the scheduled service fee or a standard missed appointment fee.

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, potentially incurring a cancellation fee.

3.5. No-Shows

Missing an appointment without any prior notification ("no-show") will typically result in a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future appointment bookings.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1. Fees for Services

All fees for services rendered are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with our billing department.

4.2. Insurance

We accept most major dental insurance plans. As a courtesy, we will assist you in filing your insurance claims. However, it is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits, deductibles, co-payments, and any limitations. You are ultimately responsible for any portion of the fees not covered by your insurance.

4.3. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and often offer financing options through third-party providers (subject to credit approval).

4.4. Refunds

Payments for dental services are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed. In cases where a product is purchased (e.g., specific dental hygiene products), refunds may be available for unopened, unused items returned within a specified period, subject to a restocking fee. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect 32, its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Perfect 32 for the services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Perfect 32 strives to provide the highest quality dental care; however, dental treatments involve inherent risks, and outcomes can vary.

We do not guarantee specific results and our liability is limited to the provision of professional services in accordance with accepted dental standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Perfect 32 or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
